Mr. Kelious Robbins, age 85, of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away Sunday night, September 1st, 2013, at his residence.

Visitation, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 3rd, 2013, at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Hamilton, Alabama. Funeral service, 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 4th, 2013, at the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in Bethlehem Cemetery.

KELIOUS W. ROBBINS
HAMILTON, AL.

Kelious Robbins, a long-time resident of Hamilton (Marion County, AL), died at his home late Sunday night, September 1, 2013. He was 85. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at Hamilton Funeral Home with Pastor Shane Harris officiating followed by burial at Bethlehem Cemetery.

Kelious Robbins was born in the Bull Mountain area of Hamilton, AL. While he spent several years working as a carpenter in the Atlanta area, he returned to his home in Hamilton, AL, where he spent the last 40 years of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charley and Effie Robbins; brothers Pride, Elus, Hershel, and Carlton; sisters Rena Ovie Lee Gann and Myrtle Williams. Surviving relatives include his five children, sons Ricky (Tammy) Robbins and Randy (Rhonda) Robbins; daughters Deborah (Charles) Logan, Rita (Terry) Popwell, and Lisa Braden; one brother Billy Robbins and three sisters Betty Engle, Sue Dulaney, and Maureen Colburn. He was blessed with 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family sends their sincere thanks to the community and the staff at Hospice of Northwest Alabama for their love and support and to Hamilton Funeral Home who directed the services.
