Died: Sunday, October 22, 2000, in the Marion Regional Medical Center in Hamilton, Alabama.
Visitation: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Monday, October 23, 2000, at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Hamilton, Alabama.
Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 24, 2000, at the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel, Hamilton, Alabama.
Burial: Rudicell Cemetery near Detroit (Marion County), Alabama.
Officiating: Rev. Jim Elliott, Rev. Howard Simmons, and Rev. Lyndon Vann
