Gary Frye, age 58, of Guin, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2012, at his residence.

Graveside service, 9:30 a.m., Monday, April 30, 2012 at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Alabama.  Bro. Tom Nix officiating.

Mr. Frye was born in Guin, Alabama to the late Golie and Annie Ruth South Frye.  He had lived in Guin most of his life and was a member of the Gu-Win Baptist Church.  He was a Veteran of the US Army having served in Iraq.

He is survived by his wife; Linda Frye of Winfield, AL.; 3 daughters, Cherry (Chris) Walton of Memphis, TN., Bobby (Jerry) Baker and Tabitha Hall all of Winfield, AL; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Barbara (Dickie) Loggins of Tuscaloosa, AL., and Sandra Young of Guin, AL.; 2 brothers, Larry (Jean) Frye of Winfield, AL., and Steve (Ida Mae) Frye of Carbon Hill, AL.; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Ms. Harrod was born September 23, 1936, in Marion County, Alabama, to the late Clyde and Fannie Lucille Martin Watts.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby J. Harrod; 1 son, Michael J. (Katherine) Harrod 3; grandchildren, Robert Harrod, Christopher (Kelly) Harrod, James (Julie) Harrod; 1 great-granddaughter, Ellie Mason Ava Harrod; 3 sisters, Dorothy (William) Atkins, Helen (Wymon) Wilson, and Ann (Harry) Kallenback; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

William Austin “Bill” Guyton, Jr., age 85, of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2012, at the Marion Regional Nursing Home in Hamilton, Alabama.

Mr. Guyton was born December 23, 1926, in Fayette, Alabama,  to the late William Austin & Nannie Mae Brock Guyton, Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Ava Lee Wamsley Guyton, Sr.; 2 children, Tommy (Teresa) Guyton, Melinda (Phillip) Franks; 4 grandchildren, Kristen (Brent) Hall, Karen Dillard, Rachel Franks, and Zacharie Guyton; 6 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Carolyn Scales and Nannette (James Ed) Lawhon; and a host of nieces and nephews.
