Mr. Jack Johnson, age 78, of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away Thursday, September 13th, 2012, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi.

Visitation, 6:00 – 9:00 p.m., Saturday night, September 15th, 2012, at the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel, Hamilton, Alabama.  Funeral service, 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 16th, 2012, at the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial in Bethlehem Cemetery, Marion County, Alabama.
