Mr. Clarence Loren Adkins, age 93, of Winfield, Alabama, passed away Monday, June 24th, 2013, in the Golden Living Center in Winfield, Alabama.
Visitation, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 26th, 2013, at the Bowen Funeral Home in Winfield, Alabama. .Funeral service, 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 27th, at the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel, Winfield, Alabama. James Wyers officiating. Burial in the Brilliant Memorial Gardens with military honors presented at the gravesite.
Mr. Adkins was a member of the Church of Christ and a U.S. Army and Air Force Veteran and P.O.W. of WW II.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Earnest Adkins; 3 daughters, Lanell Haughton of New Smyrna Beach, FL., Susan Morgan of Daytona Beach, FL., and Jan Tittle of Birmingham, AL.; 8 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Esta Lee Rawls Adkins; and 1 grandson, Greg Taylor.*

Mr. Rye was born December 23rd, 1942, to Gordy and Lena Rye in Childersburg, Alabama.
He is survived by his children, Bruce Rye, Byron Rye, Bart (Cheri) Rye, Darryl (Twanya) Williford, and Rhonda (Ronnie) Crane; grandchildren, Cassidy Williford, Morgan Rye, Jacob Rye, Andrew Rye, Lucas Rye, Casey Williams, Ashley Williford, and Dustin Williford; great-grandchildren, Conner Williams and Braydon Williams; and a host of nieces and nephews, friends, and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wavolene Rye; his parents, Gordy and Lena Rye; and 1 brother, Dwayne Rye. Pallbearers, Watha Williams, Brock palmer, Ryan Gallagher, Bobby Boyett, James Loague and Eugene Stidham.
