(Author’s note) Doil was a special gentleman, he will be missed by many folks! He always had a quick smile and a fishin’ tale to tell you and if you were at his house when a baseball, football or especially a Hamilton Aggies or Alabama Football game came on his tv, you had better either sit down and watch it with him or go home because you couldn’t get his attention until it was off! I say these things with love and a smile because I will miss Doyle so much too! Judy Webb Mays

Thank you Ginger! He was certainly on my list of most wonderful people…always a joy to see and talk to. I am so blessed to have known him as were many others in this world. And your dad reminds me of him in so many ways. He always makes me smile…
