Born in Henson Springs in Lamar County, Alabama, she was the last surviving of the 12 children born to Charles A. and Dora Ann Hilburn Webb. Mrs. Morrow lived in Lamar and Marion counties her entire life. Mrs. Morrow was a gentle lady of tremendous inner strength. Her blackberry jam cake was a trademark with many guests enjoying its flavor over the years. She liked to send along goodies as guests departed – just considered it a joy. Mrs. Morrow’s focus was on details as evidenced by her memory of birthdays of numerous nieces and nephews and her recording of daily events in her journals. Humble by nature, Mrs. Morrow was a Christian of deep faith. She was a member of Webb Baptist Church where her burial took place.

Survived by children: Lanetta Crowe (Jimmy) of Northport, Alabama, Dwight Morrow (Mary Dayton) of Hartselle, Alabama, step-daughter Audine Jordan of Vernon, Alabama, step daughter-in-law Eunice Morrow of Prairie, Mississippi, 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 24 great-great grandchildren, and 2 great-great-great grandchildren.
