Hamilton, AL – Mr. Michael Dean Robbins, age 24, of Hamilton,Alabama, passed away in Hamilton, Alabama.

Funeral service, Friday, April 29th, 2016 at the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel in Hamilton, Alabama.  Dewayne Satterwhite officiating.  Burial in New Hope Cemetery, Hamilton, Marion County, Alabama.

Mr. Robbins was born October 8th, 1991, in Winfield, Alabama, to Michael and Jody Terry Robbins.

He is survived by his mother, Jody Terry Robbins and father, Michael Robbins; brother, Anthony Robbins; grandmother Joan Terry; grandfather, Quinton Robbins; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jackie Lee Terry; and great-grandmother, Ivey Carter Terry.

Obituary for Roy Alvin Crow – November 23, 1939 – April 24, 2016

Roy Alvin Crow, at the age of 76, left this life to be with His Lord on Sunday, April 24, following a brief illness at his home. He was born November 23, 1939, in Kaiser, Ark., the first born son of Loyal and Mattie Lee Mays Crow.
He grew up in Hamilton, Ala., and graduated from Hamilton High School in 1958. After graduation he went to San Diego to visit his mother and, while there, he met the love of his life, Carolyn Putman Crow. They married on June 24, 1960, and continued their love affair for the next 56 years. From this union three daughters, who he adored, were born: Cynthia L. Walker (William), Prattville, Ala.; Catherine D. Ellis (Tom), Lonoke, Ark./Shopton, Ala.; and Christina D. Wadsworth (Van), Union Springs, Ala.
In 1974 they returned to Hamilton where he started his own plumbing and electrical business.
They moved to Prattville in 1979 where he and Carolyn opened the Bonanza Steak House. In 1981, he found his true passion, selling cars with Bama Volkswagen in Montgomery. He continued in the car business working at Jack Ingram Motors for 28 years before moving to Brewbaker Motors where he served as sales manager for Infiniti.
He retired in 2003 and joined his wife selling books for Books Are Fun before his final retirement in 2015.
He is survived by eight grandchildren: Walter Ellis (Brittney), Lonoke, Ark.; Mary Margaret Wadsworth, Auburn, Ala.; Andrew Ellis, Fitzpatrick, Ala.; Emily Ellis, University of Alabama; Matthew Walker, Auburn University; Hannah Walker, Prattville, Ala.; Jordan Wadsworth, Union Springs, Ala.; and Drew Wadsworth, Union Springs, Ala. He is also survived by three great grandchildren: Harper, Bentley, and Hadley Ellis.
He was an active member of the church of Christ throughout his life, serving as a deacon and later an elder. He volunteered many hours building church buildings in Milpitas, Calif., Hamilton, Ala., and Millbrook, Ala. He led singing until his final days and was active in training the youth through programs such as Lads to Leaders and Southeast Leadership for Christ. He loved children and worked tirelessly with summer camps for the Nehemiah House, Montgomery Inner City and Common Ground ministries. Many children called him “papa” and they were all well-loved.
He will be laid to rest at the Stoney Point church of Christ, 412 County Road 40E, Deatsville, Ala. at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 28. Visitation will be held from 10 – 11 a.m. His grandsons and nephews will serve as pall bearers.

Hackleburg, AL – Mr. Ken Michael “Pick” Davis, age 55, of Hackleburg, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, March 19th, 2016, at Princeton Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama.

Visitation, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.,, Thursday, April 21st, 2016, at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Hamilton, Alabama.  Funeral service, 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 22nd, 2016, at the funeral home chapel.  Sam Morgan officiating.  Burial in Old Line Cemetery, Hodges, Franklin County, Alabama.

Mr. Davis was born March 13th, 1961, to Maenita Davis and the late Joe Davis.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Davis; 1 son, Devin (Becca) Davis; 1 daughter, Mallory (Jarreth) Thompson; 4 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; his mother, Maenita Davis; 1 stepson, Chris Harris; 1 sister, Theresa Cantrell; and 1 brother, Robert Allen “Pony” Davis.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Davis

Sandra Wanita Walker Hulsey, age 37, Hartselle AL., passed away Thursday, April 21, 2016 at her residence.

She was born in Marion County, Alabama on Saturday, March 17, 1979 to Glee and Lavone Walker.

Visitation will be Friday, April 29, 2016, 11-1:00 a.m. at Marion County Funeral Home. The service will follow at 1:00 p.m. April 29, 2016 in the Chapel with burial in the White House Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by mother, Lovone Walker; brother, Terry Walker; brother-in-law, Michael Duran.

She leaves to cherish her memory, son, Andrew Hulsey; father, Glee Walker; siblings: Bernadine Delreo ( Ivan), Jeanette Rain ( Anthony), Gary Walker, Nadine Green ( Stanley), Rejanas Belk ( Donnie), Clinton Walker (Mary); and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.*

Jeremy Hulsey, age 42, Hartselle AL., passed away Thursday, April 21, 2016 at his residence.

He was born in Lauderdale County Alabama on Sunday, June 26, 1973 to Mitchell Ellis and Ann Hulsey.

Visitation will be Friday, April 29, 2016, 11-1:00 a.m. at Marion County Funeral Home. The service will follow at 1:00 p.m. April 29, 2016 in the Chapel with burial in the White House Cemetery.
