Visitation, 12:00 – 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 30th, 2016, at Fairview Freewill Baptist Church.  Funeral service, Wednesday, following Visitation, at Fairview church.  Burial in Fairview Cemetery, Hamilton (Shottsville Community), Marion County, Alabama.

Ms. Sims was born August 27th, 1943 to the late Prince and Jessie Mae Lindsey.

She is survived by her husband, Teddy Sims; 1 son, Richard Ted Sims; and 1 daughter, Teri (Geoff) Cooper; grandchildren, Levi (Brittany) Peoples, Derrick (Annea) Sims, Tori (Kyle) Alexander, Tucker Sims, Grady Sims, and Grace Sims; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Jackie Clanton; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Prince and Jessie Mae Lindsey Holley; and 1 brother, Don Holley.
