Born: October 25, 1949, in Oregon, Illinois to the late Leo Hoffman, Sr. and Mary Good Hoffman.
Died: Sunday, July 28, 2019, at the Walker Baptist Medical Center in Jasper, Alabama.
Graveside Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at the West Alabama Memorial Gardens in Gu-Win, Alabama.
Burial: West Alabama Memorial Gardens.
Survived By:
Husband: Donald “Don” Manasco of Guin, AL.
Son: Todd (Debbie) Manasco of Guin, AL.
Daughter: Kimberley Hoffman of Phoenix, AZ.
Step-Sons: Edward Dewayne Manasco of TX.

Brother: Leo (Debi) Hoffman, Jr. of TN.

Bio: Pat was born on October 25, 1949, in Oregon, Illinois to Leo Hoffman, Sr. and Mary Good Hoffman. She was raised in Oregon where she lived most of her life before moving to Winfield, Alabama in 2010. She graduated from Oregon High School in 1967. She worked for over 20 years as a cook and hostess for Black Hawk Presbyterian. She was a member of Winfield City Family Church where she enjoyed spending time with her church family and helping with activities. She was a good mother and grandmother and will be missed by her family who affectionately refers to her as “the pretty one”.*
