“Randy” George Randall Jackson, 68 of Hamilton, passed away Tuesday August 24, 2021 at St. Vincents Hospital in Birmingham. He served in the funeral industry for over 53 years and was the owner and operator of Hamilton and Hackleburg Funeral Homes. He also was the Marion Coroner for 34 years and loved to help as many people as he could regardless of their financial situation. Randy was a Husband, Father , Grandfather , Friend and Mentor to many. He is survived by, Wife: Paula Jackson, Sons: Kyle (Melissa) Jackson, Kody Jackson and Grandson: Karter Jackson.
Brother: Kenny (Sandra) Jackson, Sisters: June Willis and Helen McGuire. And his Funeral Home Family.
DUE TO RANDYS PERSONAL REQUEST NO FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD, but you are more than welcome to visit his Condo (Mausoleum) as he loved to call it once it is set up to share a story or two. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and his funeral home family.*

Marshall Howard Palmer, age 79, of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away August 8, 2021. Marshall was a retired diesel mechanic. He enjoyed riding horses, fishing, grilling and spending time with friends and family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Howard “Bud” Palmer and Mary Willie Williams Palmer; siblings, Louis Ray Palmer and Grace Palmer Fincher; and many cousins, uncles, aunts, and his cousin, William Kenneth Galbreath. He is survived by his children, Steve Palmer of Newport, OR, Christie Gonzalez of Destin, FL, Wes Palmer of Los Angeles, CA, Rachel Palmer of Cordova, TN and Russell Palmer of Brighton, TN; sisters, June Palmer Uselton of Halls, TN and Kathy Palmer Scallions of Halls, TN; brother, Brady Palmer of Covington, TN; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Catherine Palmer, Hamilton, AL. / Memphis, TN.
