Age: 66

Born: August 11, 1953 in Carlisle, Ohio to James Everett Lamb and Ida Mae Huff Lamb. Brenda was of the Pentecostal Faith and a member of Crestview Holy Sanctuary. She loved The Lord, singing gospel music, always helping others and fostered over 72 children.*

Died: Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at Compassionate Care Center in Richmond, Kentucky.

Visitation: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, June 12, 2020, at Crestview Holy Sanctuary in Berea, Kentucky.

Officiating: Rev. Richard Howard.

Graveside Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m., Sunday, June 14, 2020, at Cooper Cemetery, County Road 22, Marion County, Alabama.

Burial: Cooper Cemetery, Marion County, Alabama.

Ms. Velma Eulice Anglin Cockrum, age 88, of Hackleburg, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, August 12th, 2014, at the Russellville Hospital in Russellville, Alabama.

Visitation, 1:00 – 4:00 p.m., Thursday, August 14th, 2014, at the Hackleburg Community Church in Hackleburg, Alabama.  Funeral service, 4:00 p.m., Thursday, at the church, following visitation.  Clint Knowls and Curtis Sutton officiating.  Burial in Union Hill Cemetery, Hackleburg, Marion County, Alabama.

Ms. Cockrum was born December 14th, 1925, in Marion County, Alabama, to the late Willie Anglin and Janie Cochran Anglin.

She is survived by 1 daughter, Charlotte Walker; 1 son, Steve (Kim) Cockrum; 1 brother, L.C. Anglin; 7 grandchildren, Brian (Shannon) Walker, David (Dallas) Walker, Charla (Cody) Watson, Jordan Cockrum, Tony Stephens, Angel Warwick, and Katie Stephens; 4 great-great grandchildren, Jacob Edward John Walker, Isabella, Ava, and David Allen Walker, Jr.
