Garrett Myrick Miles of the Wayside Community, near Winfield, Alabama.
Age: 33
Died: Saturday, November 2, 2019, as the result of a hunting accident.
Visitation: 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Monday, November 4, 2019, at the Miles Funeral Home in Winfield, Alabama.
Funeral Service: 7:00 p.m., Monday, November 4, 2019, at the McGraw Memorial Chapel of Miles Funeral Home.
Officiating: James Willcutt and Bobby Barnes.
Private Graveside and Burial will follow on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at Old Union Cemetery.
Survived By:
Parents: Clark Miles and Tina Cook Miles of Wayside Community, AL.
Grandfather: J. Whitfield Miles, Sr. and his wife, Lyvonne of Winfield, AL.
Cousins:
J. Whit Miles, III and his wife, Danielle of Winfield, AL.
Blaise Miles of Winfield, AL.

Bio: Garrett was born January 11, 1986, in Jasper, Alabama to Clark Miles and Tina Cook Miles. He was a 2004 graduate of Winfield City High School in Winfield, Alabama. He joined the United States Air Force in 2004 and was a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom serving in Balad, Iraq. He attended the Turnaround Church in Winfield and was a member of the American Legion. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved all kinds of hunting and fishing. He was a good man, fun-loving and loved by many and will be greatly missed by his friends and family.*
