Born:  May 22, 1938, in Lamar County, Alabama, to the late John Paul Weeks and Anna Lee Erwin Weeks.

Age:  81

Died:  Friday, September 6, 2019, at Brookwood Medical Center, Birmingham, Alabama.

Visitation:  10:30 – 11:30 a.m., Saturday, September 14, 2019, at the Otts Funeral Home in Sulligent, Alabama.

Funeral Service:  11:30 a.m., Saturday, September 14, following visitation, at the Otts Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial:  Crews Cemetery.

Officiating:  Bro. John Nicholson.

Survived By:

Son:  Jerry Paul (Martha) Otts, Moody, AL.

Daughter:  Angela (Michael) Snow, Morris, AL.

Bio:  Annette was born on May 22, 1938, in Lamar County, Alabama, to the late John Paul Weeks and Anna Lee Erwin Weeks. She was a past president of the Birmingham Archeological Society, a local historian and a member of the Lamar County Genealogical Society. Annette was an avid artist. She was a member of Sulligent First Baptist Church.*
