Florida – Mr. R.V. Rayburn, age 87, of Florida, passed away Thursday, June 12th, 2014, in Seven Rivers Medical Center in Crystal River, Florida.

Visitation, 12:00 – 1:00 p.m., Monday, June 16th, 2014, at New Heights Church, 265 Military St. N., Hamilton, Alabama.  Funeral service, 1:00 p.m., Monday, following the visitation at the New Heights Church.  James Clanton officiating.  Burial in Love Joy Cemetery, Hamilton, Marion County, Alabama.

Mr. Rayburn was born February 28th, 1927, in Marion County, Alabama, to the late Pink Levi and Sarah Della Anglin Rayburn.  He made his home in Florida.

He is survived by 2 sons, Kevin Rayburn, and Ryan (Geanie) Rayburn; 2 grandchildren, Amanda Rayburn Holley, and Patrick Rayburn; 3 great-grandchildren, Jacob Rayburn, Ryan Holley, and Leah Rayburn; a host of nieces and nephews; and 2 sisters, Jean Rayburn Curtis, and Sara Nell Rayburn Scott.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Pink Levi and Sarah Della Anglin Rayburn; his wife of 52 years, Patsy Rayburn; and 2 sisters, Mazie Wiginton, and Margie Ree Forstchoefel.

Ms. Cox was born February 17th, 1948, in Marion County, Alabama, to the late Marshall and Cora Mitchell Cox.

She is survived by 4 sisters, Maylene Cox Penrod, Maxine Cox Palmer, Faye Bruzek, and Brenda Harrison; 1 brother John Cox; with a host of cousins, uncles, aunts, and friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, Marshall and Cora Mitchell Cox; 1 sister, Sandra Stevens; and 1 brother, Gary Cox.

James Aaron “Jimmy” Presley, age 48, of Brilliant, Alabama, formerly of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away Saturday, July 14th, 2012 at his residence.

Visitation, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., Monday, July 16th, 2012, at the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel, Hamilton, Alabama. Funeral service, 4:00 p.m., Monday evening, following visitation at the funeral home chapel. Elvis Cochran, E. H. Peterson, and Bobby Barnes, Sr. officiating.  Burial in Love Joy Cemetery, Hamilton, Marion County, Alabama.

Mr. Presley was born December 29th, 1963, in Adrian, Michigan, to James and Gloria “Marie” Peterson Taylor.

He is survived by his wife, Lora Gale Presley; 3 children, Janet Chereé Taylor, Shanna Leigh Taylor, James Aaron Taylor; his mother, Gloria “Marie” Peterson Taylor; his father, James Taylor; his grandmother, Veiler Peterson; sisters, Kimberly Ann Taylor Cochran, and Sandra Gail Taylor Keith; brothers, Steven Dwayne Taylor, and Anthony “Tony” Lee Taylor; 14 stepchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Golden Peterson; his grandfather, Frank Taylor; his grandmother, Thelma Taylor; 1 sister, Christy Taylor; great-grandparents, Marvin & Arvillie Peterson, Willie & Alpha Clark, William & Margarete Taylor, and Clifford & Matilda Martin.
