Funeral Service: 6:00 p.m., Saturday, April 18, at the funeral home chapel.

Burial: Mount Hope Cemetery, Marion County, Alabama.

Hamilton, AL – Ms. Carolyn “Sudie” Collier, age 66, of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away Wednesday October 26th, 2016, at the Marion Regional Nursing Home in Hamilton, Alabama.

Visitation, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (noon), Saturday, October 29th, 2016, at the Mount Hope Freewill Baptist Church, Hwy. 43 North, Hamilton, Alabama.  Funeral service, 12:00 p.m., (noon), Saturday, following visitation, at the church. Bobby Duncan and Randall Tice officiating. Burial in the Mount Hope Cemetery, Hamilton, Marion County, Alabama.

Ms. Collier was born January 28th, 1950, in Winston County, Alabama, to the late Luke Virgil and Iva Lee Purser Collier.

She is survived by her brother, Don (Judy) Collier; 2 sisters, Pat Watts, and Ileene (Ben) Spencer; and a host of nieces, nephews, other friends and relatives.

She was preceded in death by, her parents, Luke Virgil and Iva Lee Purser Collier; and 2 sisters, Jo Ann and Mildred.

John Daniel Cochran, age 66, of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2011.

Mr. Cochran was born July 13, 1945, in Marion County, Alabama, to John and Marveline Pounders Loyd.  He was disabled.

He is survived by his wife, Margie Baty Cochran; 2 sons, Tommy Cochran (Becky), and Roger Cochran; 3 daughters, Mechelle Alexander (Doug), Lisa Coolburn (Joey), and Jenny Cochran (Tommy); 13 grandchildren; 5 great-granchildren; 4 sisters, Faye McDougle (Paul), Tresa Dunway, Eloise Garrison (Billy), and Wendy Blacklidge (Jeff); and 1 sister-in-law, Helen Cochran.

Ms. Evans was born March 28th, 1933 , in Marion County, Alabama, to the late Burl and Gladys George Wiginton.  She was retired from Munsingwear as a Machine Operator.

She is survived by 6 children, Margie (Hayes) McDonald, June (Bruce) McCullar, Sandra (Danny) Harris, Mary (Wayne) Tice, Arnold (Nancy) Evans, and Gary (Melisa) Evans; 1 sister, Requina (Junior) George; and 2 brothers, Dennis Wiginton, and David Wiginton; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Evans; her Parents, Burl and Gladys George Wiginton; 1 daughter, Carolyn Saulter; and 1 son, Ronald Evans.
