Born:  November 4, 1953, in Winfield, Alabama to the late Preston Howard Perry and Jewel Mayfield Perry.

Died:  Thursday, July 4, 2019, at his residence.

Visitation:  1:00 – 2:00 p.m., Sunday, July 7, 2019, at the Miles Funeral Home in Winfield, Alabama.

Funeral Service:  2:00 p.m., following visitation, Sunday, July 7, at the McGraw Memorial Chapel of Miles Funeral Home.

Burial:  Harmony Grove Cemetery

Officiating:  C.W. Box.

Survived By:


Ryan Howard Perry of Winfield, AL.

Anthony Scott Perry of Haleyville, AL.

Daughter:  Amy Grevins of Sheffield, AL.

Sister:  Doris Perry (Ted) Hardy of Fayette, AL.

Bio:  Tony was born on November 4, 1953, in Winfield, Alabama, to Preston Howard Perry and Jewel Mayfield Perry.  He grew up in Winfield and graduated from Winfield City High School and earned his associate degree from Bevill State Community College in Hamilton, Alabama.  He has been employed by NTN Bower in Hamilton since 1975. He served as President of United Auto Workers Local #1990. He was a member of Harmony Grove Baptist Church. He loved Alabama Football. He was a good man, father, and brother and was loved by many.*
